BRAD
Brad brings more than 20 years of policing experience, including 10 years as a Detective, with roles across tactical crime, dignitary protection, criminal investigations and operational policing.
He has also worked extensively as a police instructor across investigative, operational and firearms training.
Having trained and assessed thousands of police officers, Brad believes training should be practical, engaging and as close to the real world as possible. His focus is ensuring people leave with skills they can confidently put into practice. Not just information they’ll quickly forget.

Ally
Ally brings 10 years of state and federal law enforcement experience across frontline policing, intelligence, training and strategic roles with Queensland Police and the Australian Border Force.
Her career has included operational policing, intelligence analysis, managing state wide training portfolios and instructing officers in detection technologies and the safe handling of firearms. This varied experience brings a different perspective to Optimal, combining real-world operational experience with an understanding of communication, human behaviour, risk and decision making.
